Forgot your password? Reset it in under a minute.

The Flow

1. Go to driftgrid.ai/login 
2. Click Forgot password? below the sign-in form
3. Enter the email address on your DriftGrid account
4. Check your inbox for a magic link from DriftGrid
5. Click the link — it opens a form to set a new password
6. Submit — you’ll be redirected home. Sign in with the new password

Magic links expire 60 minutes after they’re sent. Request a fresh one if yours has timed out.

Troubleshooting

Didn’t get the email?

• Check spam / promotions. DriftGrid sends from noreply@driftgrid.ai — whitelist the domain if you find it filtered.
• Wait 60 seconds. Delivery is near-instant but mail providers sometimes queue. If nothing arrives after a minute, request a new link.
• Confirm the email is the one you signed up with. The reset form silently ignores unknown addresses — if the email doesn’t match an account, no mail is sent. Try your other addresses.

Link says “expired” or “invalid”?

The link has a 60-minute TTL and is single-use. Request a new one from the login page.
